We have plans for our clients who want to have meals prepped and we have some options. We do not use any sugar, just fruits to sweetened anything when needed only. We are open to observed your allergies and food preferences.
Meals: we have a variety of meals prepared on a weekly basis that comprises of Curries, 1 tempeh or tofu stew/stir-fry and 1 meat or veggie stew/stir-fry options served with Mixed Grain Rice or Konjac Noodles. We also prepare other items such as lasagne, mac & cheese and stuff cabbage, stuffed peppers and even enchiladas. We can customize meals for Vegans or Vegetarians or Flexitarians (choose option).
