Cooking Class Policy

Public scheduled cooking class 

If you are unable to make it to a scheduled class and request class cancellation, we need you to notify us at info@truenosh.com at least 4 days (96 Hours) in advance of the scheduled class time to get a full refund. This condition must be met for you to receive a possible refund, the exact amount of which is determined case by case but is generally 50% of the deposit as store credit.

If the request is within 4 days and more than 48 hours, we will refund you 50% of the fee. If request is within 48 hours of the event, we will not process refund but only process a re-schedule of the class to any upcoming open classes that are available for registration. 


Private cooking class

If you are unable to make it to a scheduled class and request class cancellation, we need you to notify us at info@truenosh.com at least 7 days (168 Hours) in advance of the scheduled class time and you will be considered for a refund. If you would additionally like to reschedule the class, you will be invoiced for $100 and receive possible refunds per the cancellation policy noted above. We will not refund a class within 7 days of the event, a 100$ rescheduling fee will be applied within 3 days (36 hours) of your request. Within 48 hours of scheduled event, your deposit will not be refunded.
