We have plans for our clients who want to have meals prepped and we have some options. We do not use any sugar, just fruits to sweetened anything when needed only. We are open to observed your allergies and food preferences.
Meals: we have 3 different meals prepared on a weekly basis that comprises of 1 Curry, 1 tempeh or tofu stew/stir-fry and 1 meat & veggie stew/stir-fry
