A Registered Dietitian & Chef with a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. Renée initially created True NOSH to be a food and beverage company suitable for individuals who want healthier dietary options and disease prevention. She has since evolved True NOSH into a health and wellness company striving to offer affordable options to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Starting out as interns at True NOSH, our staff's roles have grown into individual departments to carry forward the company's goals and visions.

Our Dietitian Assistants are university students passionate about nutrition and dedicate at least four hours each week to True NOSH activities such as cooking classes, nutrition calculations, recipe testing, external communication, and product development. This six-month experience allows students to explore their field of interest while supporting company initiatives.
