6 Module Hands-on Interactive Course
This particular masterclass is curated for the individual with knowledge in nutrition and dietetics who want to excel in the culinary realm. The program runs for 5 weeks and the courses are Up tp 4 hours a week in the kitchen, plus up to 1 hour each week of content presentations and 30 minute one-on-on discussion sessions, a total of up to 6 hours each week . Each week we provide guidance and instruction on how to develop recipes, use alternate substitutions to improve nutrition content. We will focus on multicultural and ethnic dishes to diversify one's palate and ingredient knowledge as well as teach advance culinary skills in the kitchen as well as ingredient chosing in the market.
Classes are IN PERSON in Vancouver BC OR ONLINE via livestream from my kitchen / classroom.
