An Immersive Culinary Masterclass for Health Professionals (Starts January 29th, 2023)

This particular masterclass is curated for the individual who may be practicing in the health and wellness profession who want more knowledge and skills in the culinary realm. We welcome health & wellness professionals such as: Dietitians, Pharmacists, Counsellors, General Practitioners, Nurses, Chiropractors and those who work in disease prevention.     

The program runs for 5 consecutive weeks and the courses are about ~3 hours longs each week depending on the recipes we focus on cooking. There will be  ~1 hour each week of content presentations during class time and also hands-on cooking curated recipes where all the ingredients are included. Each week, we provide guidance and instruction on how to develop recipes, use alternate substitutions to improve nutrition content. We will focus on multicultural and ethnic dishes to diversify one's palate and ingredient knowledge as well as teach culinary skills in the kitchen. Classes are IN PERSON, you get to cook as well as share food with other participants. We are located in Vancouver BC.
