Cooking with Cannabis (Celebrate Asian Flavours) (GF & VEGAN Option upon request)

We are so delighted to partner with La Canapa & Nourish to provide you with an indulgent cannabis foodie affair inspired by an Asian Menu.

The menu :

- A cannabis infused iced matcha-cherimoya tonic  - a welcome drink 

- Asian Pear, Ginger dressing over a bed of local seasonal vegetables and sesame crisps

- Cannabis infused pork & bak choy dumplings with a homemade chunky chili oil and crispy shallot garnishes

- Coconut Mochi with a sweet black sesame filling

- Bubble waffle with cannabis infused caramel and coconut whipped cream

This is a hands-on cooking class with dishes made from scratch and you will be sharing what we make during class for your meal.
