Cooking with Cannabis (Celebrate Western Canada) (GF & Vegan upon request)

We are so delighted to partner with La Canapa & Nourish to provide you with an indulgent cannabis foodie affair inspired by a Western Menu with locally inspired recipes.

Menu includes:

- Cannabis infused welcome drink: A refreshing strawberry mint spritzer 

- Homemade cannabis garlic aioli with crispy pita chips 

- Apple vinaigrette over a spinach, strawberry & toasted walnut salad, garnished with feta cheese

-Hot smoked salmon and a maple glaze from cannabis infused oils.

-A healthy high protein Nanaimo Bar with, infused with Cannabis. 

This is a hands-on cooking class with dishes made from scratch and you will be sharing what we make during class for your meal.
